MCRC is a results-oriented organization with high expectations due to the nature of our work within the community. Ownership, investment, and leadership are expected at all levels of the organization and within every position. Each employee must seek to understand their job and perform it to the highest possible standard, consistent with our mission, values, and agency policies.
As a growing and evolving agency that is focused on meeting the needs of the community, the work environment is ever changing and fast-paced to ensure continued improvement and quality in our service delivery. Our programs operate with a strong focus on accomplishment and a sense of urgency on critical issues will and does occur. The work is challenging and rewarding, but will not be problem free. Each employee is accountable for their own actions, decisions, and performance.
MCRC values employees and their contributions and will support employees by providing them with the necessary tools, information, and resources to do their jobs. The agency culture allows for many opportunities for professional development and growth, and challenges an employee to perform at their highest potential.
Good relationships are built on trust. At MCRC, a good relationship between our agency and team members comes from a clear understanding of shared expectations.
