Refugee Social Services (RSS) and Targeted Assistance Grant (TAG) are programs designed to locate job opportunities for the refugee communities in Metropolitan Erie. Refugees have left their homeland because of political or religious persecution, often without warning or preparation. They posses many of the skills needed in the United States but need help in their search for employment. The Multicultural Community Resource Center assists them in employment to gain the self-sufficiency they desire for themselves and their families.
